As Customer Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers. They particularly appreciate your competent appearance, your hands-on mentality and your ability to quickly identify and solve problems. Does this apply to you? Then we look forward to getting to know you!
Your tasks
- Responsibility for handling complaints from acceptance to closure
- Central contact person for customers incl. advice on technical issues
- Carrying out initial analyses of errors and problems in the area of HV systems
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments in the elimination of complex software errors
- Creation, maintenance and further development of reports, protocols and documentation
- Supporting colleagues from the technical department with organizational issues
Your profile
- Completed technical education (apprenticeship / technical college / HTL) in the field of electrical engineering mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Ideally first work experience in a comparable position
- Confident handling of MS Office and moderate willingness to travel
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- You enjoy dealing with customers and you are an organizational talent
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
