Application Process

How should I apply?

Please send your application documents (letter of motivation, CV, references, photo) by e-mail to careers@kreiselelectric.com. The contact details and application documents submitted as part of your application will be processed electronically by us in order to select suitable candidates for recruitment.

What documents are part of a good application?

Please send us your CV, a letter of motivation, and all relevant references and certificates. Please make sure that your application includes the area for which you are applying (specific job advertisement, speculative application, internship).

When can I expect a response to my application?

After you have sent your application to us, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. If we are still missing documents, we will ask for them. After the pre-selection phase, you will receive a reply from us within approximately 2 weeks.

Does KREISEL Electric also offer internships and Bachelor/Master theses?

Of course, we also offer the opportunity for internships, diploma theses, bachelor/master theses. If there is no vacancy advertised at the moment, you are welcome to send us an unsolicited (spontaneous) application.

I have already applied once. Can I apply again?

We look forward to receiving your new application and will be happy to carefully review your skills, abilities, experience, and competencies, as displayed in your documents.

Do I have to pay my own travel expenses to KREISEL Electric for an interview?

Please be aware that no costs incurred in during your application process (e.g. travel expenses) will be reimbursed.

Working at KREISEL Electric

What does onboarding look like?

On your first day, you will receive an HR onboarding, a safety briefing, and a general introduction by your buddy. In the first few weeks and months, you’ll have introductory meetings with various departments and specific training sessions to help you settle in and get to know the company and your colleagues. Additionally, there will be a Meet & Greet with the management. It’s important to us to know how you’re doing in your new job, which is why three feedback sessions take place during the first six months.

What is the work environment like?

Our company headquarters was opened in 2017 and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. In addition to spacious office areas, there are small group offices, meeting rooms, phone booths, a dedicated testing center, a production area, a warehouse, a cafeteria, and two coffee bars. Outside of core working hours, we also have access to a fitness area that includes a gym, sauna, outdoor sports pool, and rooftop terrace.

What are the working hours?

At KREISEL Electric, you can expect flexible working hours in the form of a flex-time model. Fixed working hours only apply in two areas of production.

Is working from home possible?

Depending on the position and the associated tasks, we offer the option of working from home.

Is there a cafeteria?

On the ground floor, we have a restaurant where you can choose between two freshly cooked meals daily, including a salad buffet, soup, main course, and dessert/fruit, all at a low cost. In addition, our fridges are stocked with various refreshments.

Does KREISEL Electric offer sports and wellness programs?

On the top floor of our modern building, you’ll find a rooftop terrace with a sports pool, a well-equipped fitness area, and a sauna. Every two weeks, there’s also a massage service (self-payment required). Additionally, we participate in running events, such as the Wings for Life Run and the Linz Marathon.

Do staff events take place?

While we take our work seriously, fun and social gatherings are also part of the package. For this reason, regular small and large employee events take place. You can already look forward to our popular summer party and a Christmas party. Additionally, there are team events.

Can I continue my education at KREISEL Electric?

If your position requires it, you have the opportunity, in coordination with your supervisor, to participate in training and development programs. Together, we will find suitable training courses to support you and help you further develop your skills.

Are there bonuses?

Outstanding achievements are additionally rewarded. We also have an employee referral program.

Is there a company holiday?

We love our work, which is why our company is open 52 weeks a year. You can arrange your vacation and compensatory time off in coordination with your supervisor and team, and you can look forward to an extra vacation day starting from your 6th year of service with us.

Are there anniversary gifts?

How do I get to the company location?

Our company location is easily accessible without traffic jams via the highway and expressway. The travel time from Linz Hafenstraße to the headquarters is typically around 25 minutes. Various carpools make long commutes easier to organize. If you own an electric car, you can use our free charging stations. Moreover, the public transport connection between Freistadt and Rainbach is well developed.
