Application Process
Please send your application documents (letter of motivation, CV, references, photo) by e-mail to careers@kreiselelectric.com. The contact details and application documents submitted as part of your application will be processed electronically by us in order to select suitable candidates for recruitment.
Please send us your CV, a letter of motivation, and all relevant references and certificates. Please make sure that your application includes the area for which you are applying (specific job advertisement, speculative application, internship).
After you have sent your application to us, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. If we are still missing documents, we will ask for them. After the pre-selection phase, you will receive a reply from us within approximately 2 weeks.
Of course, we also offer the opportunity for internships, diploma theses, bachelor/master theses. If there is no vacancy advertised at the moment, you are welcome to send us an unsolicited (spontaneous) application.
We look forward to receiving your new application and will be happy to carefully review your skills, abilities, experience, and competencies, as displayed in your documents.
Please be aware that no costs incurred in during your application process (e.g. travel expenses) will be reimbursed.
Working at KREISEL Electric
At the beginning of each month a meet & greet with management is held for all newcomers. During your first day you can also expect a safety briefing and a general introduction to the company, provided by your assigned buddy. In the first few weeks, you will be called to several interface meetings and specific training sessions. It is important for us to know how you are getting along in your new job. Also, for this reason, 3 feedback meetings will take place during your first six months of employment.
Our current company location was opened in 2017 and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. In addition to spacious office areas, there are small group offices, meeting rooms, an in-house test center, a production area, a warehouse, a well-equipped cafeteria, a coffee bar and a (roof) terrace.
At KREISEL Electric you will enjoy flexible working hours in the form of a flextime work schedule. All employees have this model schedule, except for those working in one of two areas in our production department, were manufacturing process require fixed working hours.
We offer the possibility of working from a home office, depending on the position and the associated tasks.
There is a company restaurant on our ground floor where you can choose between two freshly prepared menus every day. The meals include a salad buffet, soup, a main course and dessert/fruit at a reasonable price. In addition, various soft drinks are available in our refrigerators.
On the top floor of our modern building, you will find a roof terrace with a sports pool, a well-equipped fitness area and a sauna, that you are welcome to use. As an extra service, an external masseuse comes to the building every fortnight, from whom you can enjoy a 30-minute massage (for a fee). In addition, some of our employees take part in external sporting events such as the Wings for Life Run.
Even though we take our work seriously, we know that fun and socializing is part of it a healthy workplace. That’s why we organize staff events on a regular basis. You can already look forward to yearly summer and October parties as well as Christmas celebrations. There are also various employee team events you will be welcome to join.
If your position requires it, it is possible to attend training and further education courses in consultation with your supervisor.
Outstanding performance is rewarded additionally. There is also an employee recommendation program.
