You are an open-minded and goal-oriented person who is passionate about functional safety? As a Functional Safety Engineer, you will have the opportunity to apply your strong analytical and conceptual skills to complex and exciting tasks (e. g. battery systems, charging infrastructure, energy systems).
Your tasks
- Advise of the development department on the definition of safety requirements at system level
- Moderation of safety analyses (HARA, FMEA, FTA) as well as safety documentation
- Evaluation of the implementation of ISO26262 and IEC61508 on system level
- Participation in external assessments of the safety concept
- Support in the implementation of a security and cyber security management process
Your profile
- Completed academic education (Uni/FH) in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, computer science, mechatronics or similar
- Ideally, experience in Functional Safety (ISO26262 or IEC61508)
- Knowledge of cyber security (ISO21434) is an advantage but not a must
- Very good English skills
- Independent, analytical and precise working style as well as high willingness to learn
- You are a team player and have a high level of communication and moderation skills
