Are you fascinated by analysis and do you want to optimize and create manufacturing processes in a solution-oriented way? In the exciting and varied position as process developer (f/m/d) at our company, you will be responsible for designing all the processes required for manufacturing in a sustainable and efficient manner.

YOUR TASKS

Development and description of new manufacturing processes, optimization of existing processes and creation of process flow charts
Participation in the design of manufacturing equipment, scheduling of internal and external inspections / tests
Creation of process monitoring concepts, risk analyses (FMEA) and test plans
Methodical process analysis and documentation as well as qualification and release of processes
Technical acceptance of equipment and processes (internal & external)

YOUR PROFILE

Completed technical education, extensive know-how in the areas of mechatronics and process planning is desired
Six Sigma training and knowledge in project management are an advantage
You have high analytical and conceptual skills and are familiar with statistical quality assurance methods (quality engineering Q2 is an advantage but not a must)
A detailed technical understanding of production processes and their workflows as well as conversational English skills complete your profile
Furthermore, your personal strengths include solution orientation, self-organization and the ability to work in a team
