In our customer support team, you support our customers and repair battery systems both in-house as well as at the customer’s site. Are you a tinkerer (f/m/d) with hands-on mentality and do you speak good English? Then apply now!

YOUR TASKS

Central contact person for our customers
Processing of technical questions
Responsibility for handling complaints
Analysis and repairs of HV batteries in-house or at the customer’s site
Interface between the customer and internal departments

YOUR PROFILE

Completed apprenticeship as electrical engineer, automotive electrician, mechatronics engineer or similar
Ideally first work experience
Willingness to travel (40 – 60 %)
Very good knowledge of German and English as well as confident handling of MS Office
You are characterized by your hands-on mentality, your team spirit as well as your independent way of working
You work solution-oriented, are communicative and enjoy dealing with with customers
