KREISEL Electric introduces Power Sharing 480

KREISEL Electric is presenting a new expansion stage of battery-buffered fast charging infrastructure at Power2Drive 2026 in Munich: Power Sharing 480. This innovative feature connects two CHIMERO 240 high-power chargers into an intelligent overall system, enabling charging capacities of up to 480 kW, even with limited grid capacity.

More power, less grid

With Power Sharing 480, KREISEL Electric combines two battery-integrated fast charging stations into a scalable unit. The system delivers charging capacities of up to 480 kW and features an integrated battery storage system with 230 kWh. At the same time, grid connection requirements are significantly reduced, while four charging points ensure optimized customer throughput. Through intelligent DC coupling, this solution enables shorter charging times while also reducing infrastructure costs.

Fast track to profitability

Power Sharing 480 opens up new economic opportunities, particularly for charge point operators, retail locations, and fleet operators. The solution enables an immediate start without the need for complex grid expansion and unlocks access to attractive locations that were previously limited by grid constraints. Its high charging power ensures better utilization, while peak shaving contributes to optimized energy costs. At the same time, grid connection and operating costs are reduced, as no additional hardware or complex integration is required.
