Your tasks
- Development of user and market analyses, trend studies and research on the latest developments in the field of UI/UX including documentation and knowledge building
- Creation of customer journeys, user flows and personas based on our target groups
- Development and execution of prototype tests (scribbles, wireframes and mockups) and usability tests
- Optimization of the existing interface design as well as leading the complete design process
- Creation of UX guidelines for the development
Your profile
- Completed technical education (HTL/FH/Uni) with focus on software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, automation technology, or similar
- Experience in developing software solutions in the automotive sector and/or stationary applications
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- You are responsible, quickly recognize problems and solve them in a goal-oriented way
- Team spirit, hands-on mentality and interest in continuously improving yourself complete your profile
