As a Technician Customer Support you are responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing and eliminating errors in our HV systems. In this job, you score points with your persistence, your strong problem-solving skills and your passion for finding the “needle in the haystack”!
Your tasks
- Identification and solution of technical issues in operational support
- Analysis and repairs of HV batteries in-house
- Independent troubleshooting and fault elimination
- Interface function to internal departments
Your profile
- Completed technical training (apprenticeship/technical school) in the field of electrical engineering, automotive electrics, mechatronics or similar
- Ideally, first experience in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering or HV systems
- Good knowledge of German and basic English skills
- You are an independent and solution-oriented personality with a structured way of working
- On top of that you are a team player with hands-on mentality and willingness to travel (40 – 60%)
