In this exciting position, you will maintain an overview of the entire requirements landscape at Kreisel Electric and make a significant contribution to the implementation of requirements engineering. As a central key role in the company, you form the link to various specialist departments and customers.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for the correct working method regarding requirements engineering in e-mobility projects
- Definition of the working method as well as the use of the tool landscape
- Supporting the specialist department in eliciting, defining and structuring customer and system requirements as well as detailing them at component level
- Coordination of requirements changes with internal and external interfaces
- Organization and moderation of requirements workshops, reviews and trainings
Your Profile
- Completed technical education (HTL/TU/FH) in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT or similar
- Relevant professional experience in requirements engineering, requirements management and process design (ideally in the automotive sector)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- You are a proactive, motivated and independent team player with a high willingness to learn
- Your way of working is assertive and structured as well as solution- and customeroriented
