As a Junior Production Planner, you are the organizational talent within the department and responsible for the optimal design of processes. In this role, you will impress us with your high level of service orientation and your ability to always maintain an overview.
Your tasks
- Collaboration in the preparation of current production documents
- Carrying out internal order processing
- Supporting the production manager and the production team assistant in all administrative and organizational matters (e.g. checking work instructions, fleet management, etc.)
- Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. Procurement, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Sales, etc.)
- Production planning and control as well as maintenance and filing of documents
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, HAK/HTL, or similar)
- First work experience is an advantage, but not obligatory
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Very good German language skills (min. B2)
- You are a structured and organized personality and enjoy working in a team
- You are solution-oriented and have good communication skills
