Your tasks
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process as well as for candidate management
- Development of targeted recruiting strategies (e. g. active sourcing) including their implementation
- Organization and participation in recruiting events & career fairs
- Responsibility and / or active participation in diverse HR projects as well as employer branding measures
- Sparring partner for employees as well as managers
- Operational personnel management
Your profile
- Completed training with focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
- Several years of experience in recruiting / HR and ideally experience in active sourcing
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as basic knowledge of personnel policy issues (e. g. labor law, social security law) advantageous
- You are a flexible, innovative, independent and discreet personality with team spirit and joy in the further development of the HR department
- Your winning personality and diplomatic skills are what makes you stand out of the crowd
