Factory Automation Engineer

Your tasks

• Development and project planning of automation systems
• Programming and visualization of production plants
• Support in the selection of sensors and drives as well as in the wiring of the plants
• Creation and maintenance of plant documentation for CE-compliant plants
• Support and initial commissioning of new internal and external automation projects
• Production support, optimization of processes and cycle times

Your profile

• Completed technical education with focus on mechatronics, automation or similar
• Ideally relevant and several years of experience in PLC programming, high-level languages and visualization (preferably Siemens TIA Portal V16)
• Detailed technical understanding of automation processes and basic English skills
• High solution orientation, good analytical skills as well as an independent and precise way of working
• On top of that, you are a team player with a hands-on mentality, and you enjoy occasional business trips
