Your tasks
- Design, planning and implementation of trade fair appearances, conference participations and other event formats, as well as cost monitoring
- Identifying potential improvements to existing events, as well as researching and defining new, suitable formats and events
- Designing new marketing exhibits and providing project support for exhibit setups
- Measuring the success of trade fair appearances and conference participation, as well as managing and expanding existing marketing materials
- Providing support in creating company presentations and lectures in accordance with the KREISEL CI and communication guidelines
Your profile
- Completed training with a focus on event management, marketing, project management or similar
- Relevant professional experience in event organization or project management, ideally in an industrial environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- You enjoy coordinating, working independently and enjoy business trips (20%)
